Clementine peel | Vegetarian Gelatin

Step one

Pour 200ml of water at room temperature into a saucepan. Then add 40g of gelatin and mix them until they are dissolved. If it is easier, use a whisk.

Step two

Once the gelatin has dissolved, add the rest of the ingredients into the saucepan including the clementine peel, and stir with a spatula until the mixture becomes a uniform consistency.

Step three

Place the saucepan on the stove and turn it onto a medium/high heat. Keep stirring the mixture.

Step four

When you can see the mixture thicken and begin to simmer, take off the stove and place onto your tray or mould.

Step five

Leave to airdry for 1-2 days. Once it is dry, carefully peel off.
