Method

Step one

Mix agar and cornstarch with water.  Then add glycerin and cork. 

Step two

Heat everything until it thickens and bubbles begin. 

Step three

Pour into the mold. Drying time depends on the ventilation of the mold and the temperature and humidity of the place.
