Rice flour (Glutinous) | Hibiscus flowers

Step one

Add together 10g of hibiscus flowers in 177ml of water and microwave for 3 minutes.

Step two

In a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 60 ml of warm water until dissolved.

Step three

Add 68g of Glutinous rice flour into the dissolved cornstarch mixture then massage until a sticky dough is formed.

Step four

Remove hot water from the hibiscus mixture then gently massage the flowers into the dough until the desired colour appears.

Step five

Form a thin shape of your liking then bake at 165°C for 18 minutes.
